Visit Quick Search

You can perform a Quick Search of Visits by using the Visit Quick Search in the C•CURE Portal pane.

You can also perform a search of Visits by scanning the Visitor's passport or driver's license. This option is available if you have configured the ID Scanner hardware. For more information about configuring and using the ID Scanner to perform a record search, refer to the C•CURE 9000 C•CURE ID User Guide.

  1. To open the C•CURE Portal pane, in the Navigation pane of the Administration Workstation, click C•CURE Portal.
  2. Select Visit from the drop-down list in the C•CURE Portal pane.
  3. You can enter full or partial names for Visits, Visitors, and Hosts, and you can select whether to include or exclude Visit Templates in the search.
  4. You can also search for Visits based on the date of their occurrence, by using the Visits Occurring drop-down list.
  5. Click the Go Search button to display a Dynamic View of the Visits that match your criteria.
