Starting the C•CURE Kiosk
Before starting the C•CURE Kiosk application in your iOS device, ensure the following prerequisites have been met:
- Your iOS device is connected to the same network as the C•CURE 9000 server.
- You have the server name or the IP address for the C•CURE 9000 server you want to log onto.
- You have a C•CURE 9000 Operator username and password.
- You have configured at least one Check-in Site that the Operator has access to in the Operator's privileges. For more information configuring Check-in Sites, Creating a Check-in Site.
- You enable the appropriate privileges for the visitor kiosk application in your C•CURE 9000 Operator profile to log onto the C•CURE Kiosk. For more information, contact your C•CURE 9000 administrator to confirm your operator privileges.
- Tap the C•CURE Visit icon from the device home screen, or from the device app menu.
- In the Server Address field, specify the server name or server IP address. The server must have Internet Information Servers (IIS) configured with victor Web Service. For more information, see the victor Web Service User Manual.
- In the Username field, type your username.
- In the Password field, type your password.
- (Optional) Tap the toggle switch on to encrypt the connection.
- Tap Login.
- From the Selecting Site list, select a Check-in Site.
If you select a Check-in Site that has more than one language option configured in C•CURE 9000, a list of language options appears in the C•CURE Kiosk for the visitor to select.

Note: If the following message displays in the C•CURE Kiosk during login or use of the application, check that your Internet Information Server (IIS) is fully functional and properly configured with victor Web Service. For more information, see the victor Web Service User Manual.Not Found. HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.
