Revoking a request
You can revoke a request using the Audit by Request, Pending Access Requests or the Review Access Requests menu options.
The types of access requests you can revoke are active, pending, active and soon to expire.
When you revoke a request the state changes to revoked, and clearances are removed for personnel that are included in the revoked request.
After revoking a request, the personnel associated with the request receives an email notification of the revoked state. If you revoke an active request with more than one person included in the request, the request is revoked for all personnel associated with the request.
